陈杰，上海交通大学住房与城乡建设研究中心主任，国际与公共事务学院公共经济与社会政策系长聘教授。复旦大学经济学学士、挪威奥斯陆大学经济学硕士、瑞典乌普萨拉大学经济学博士。曾任教于瑞典乌普萨拉大学住房与城市研究所、复旦大学管理学院产业经济学系（2006-2013）、上海财经大学公共经济与管理学院投资系（2013-2018）。在复旦大学任职期间曾创办和主持复旦大学住房政策研究中心。在上海财大任职期间，曾任校学术委员会委员、校讲席教授、投资系系主任和不动产研究所执行所长。华东师范大学等高校兼职教授。

主要研究方向为城市治理、城市发展、住房政策、房地产经济和城市经济。在国际权威及知名学术期刊发表SSCI/SCI期刊论文50余篇，在国内权威核心CSSCI期刊发表论文60多篇，在《人民日报》等重要报刊发表理论文章80余篇。主持完成和在研国家自然科学基金6项(含国际合作重点项目1项)、国家社会科学基金1项，省部级课题和政府委托课题多项。获得省部级科研奖励9次（含省部级一等奖2次）。爱思唯尔(Elsevier)2020、2021年度中国高被引学者(公共管理学科)。
